Penngrove Kenwood Water Company accepts the following forms of payments:
Customer payments may be made through the US Mail or in person at our offices (door drop box for closed hours).
The Penngrove Kenwood Water Company gives all customers until the 24th of every month to have payment in house before applying monthly late fees. If for any reason you cannot pay your water bill please call our offices to set up a possible payment arrangement at: (707)539-6397
Unfortunately, at this time we do not have the ability to accept auto-enrollment for payments. We appreciate your patience and understanding while we work on the capacity to do so. Please click here if you want to make an online payment through our Portal or feel free to call us in office at (707)539-6397 and we can accept your card over the phone. (All banking and card information is erased from system after successful payments for consumer safety.)
Our online payment portal allows for customers to easily pay their monthly water bill from the comfort of home, work, or even on the go with your phone! All online payments are one time payments and at this time CANNOT be set up as automatic payments. Note: All online payments are subject to a 3% processing fee that the PKWC does not collect, this is a charge strictly from the card processing company.
Check or money order payments returned by the bank for any reason will result in a $25 returned item fee applied to account. If we do receive a payment back in the mail the customer will be called and informed.
We here at PKWC know that sometimes paying your bill on time can be a hardship. We ask that you please contact us in office via phone, email, or even letter! We are here to help Monday-Friday 10am-4pm.
